Hi there, I know it’s late to start but I’ve just moved into a new place. I’m in an apartment with an enormous concrete patio. I’ve had a few raised cedar beds custom made, with untreated plywood bases and drainage holes drilled into them. (I realize I will prob have to replace the plywood yearly).

Looking for advice on the best non-toxic way to fill the base of my beds. I don’t want to stain the concrete underneath, but I’m hesitant to use polypropylene landscape fabric. Any advice? Thank you!
