Olive tree seems healthy, but fruit is not.

Central California area (zone 9b) where olive trees are common… VERY common.

Tree seems healthy and happy. Was planted about three years ago and is growing well. Has a LOT of fruit on it, but as they turn from green to dark, some wrinkle and others get spotty like the one in this photo.

Not sure what is going on and looking for some help. Thanks in advance!

This happened last year as well, but I figured it was due to unusual weather.
